The Food Bank Singapore acquires donated food, much of which would otherwise be wasted, from farms, manufacturers, distributors, retail stores, consumers, and other sources, and make it available to those in need through a network of member beneficiaries.

We have a total of 360 member beneficiaries spreading across different sizes and types.
• Family service centres (FSCs)
• Various types of homes
• Soup kitchens
• Other voluntary welfare organizations (VWOs)

With 1 in 10 people in Singapore who are facing food insecurity and are unable to afford sufficient and nutritious meals, The Food Bank Singapore plays a vital role in the social service sector to ensure that beneficiaries are receiving much needed food supplies.
